AFTERNOON: DYING FOR A REST 

NIGHT: CAN'T SLEEP



This is me and I can't sleep if I think about the weather that soon ahead to come. Anyone has good suggestions to fall asleep and get a good nights rest with no nightmares.

That about all Lol good morning Everyone another week one cup of Coffee ☕️ Coming right up. Repeat 😃 

I sleep better from 6 am. Just when it's time to get up. 

Take a hot bath and drink a warm cup of tea you really need to rest so you have a good night and take care see you.
