This is a hug from me to you, to let you know I'm thinking of you, and although I have nothing to say, you know I have thought of you today.
Let's not forget the deep and meaningful conversation that goes along with that hug, that's soothing, that's loving, that makes you feel complete even at the appropriate time.

I just HAD to send this on. Anyone who really knows me, knows I like to hug and receive hugs. They are always the right size, don't have taxes due on them, as they are free, and will brighten even the darkest of days.
This might be a booster for someone that has temporary low self esteem which can occur after unpleasant events I am sure.
