Mind your own business: If you didn't hear it with your own ears or see it with your own eyes, you don't share it with your own mouth.

If you don’t have anything nice to say...don’t say anything at all. To take it a step further when you Mind your Business you don't take in/on other people's energy that can disrupt or conflict with yours.
I have gotten way better at minding my own business. I am still not where I probably should be,but at least I have made great improvement!!!
