The ones who notice the storms in your eyes, the silence in your voice and the heaviness in your heart are the ones you need to let in.


Since I'm also suffering like them, I will notice them but will not empathize  because I can not give them what they need . We are on the same boat.

And the ones who respond with how they are different from you may be the ones you have to let go.  Not supportive at all.  It becomes about them.
