Don't think too much.

Don't spend too much time overthinking 
I'm the one who have to work on overthinking every single day and stop worrying about things that have not happened yet.

Whatever happens to you randomly & against your expectations, you have to accept, deal with it and move on. I think it is a good philosophy to follow in life.

I would really like to stop overthinking and worrying about things I have no control over. Am afraid of what it's doing to me.

Follow your gut instincts...unless you have irritable bowel syndrome...then you may want to do a lot of research before making an educated decision.
