It's True but you need to be open and put everything on the table. Be honest in other words.
The heart knows what the heart knows. You can't help who you love. You can stay away and not be involved. You can live your life without that person, but...your heart still feels what it feels. Hard!!!
It's easy to SAY let go, move on.... but it's really NOT EASY. It really hurts! There is just too much pain!
I'm hoping to make new heart memories some day that are so powerful that the old painful ones get deleted simply due to space.
